Welcome to Mockd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mockd website, CLI tool, MCP server, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Mockd is a multi-protocol API mocking platform that enables developers to create, record, and manage mock APIs for development and testing purposes. The Service includes:
- Command-line interface (CLI) tool
- HTTP admin API for managing mock endpoints
- MCP server for AI-powered editor integration
- Prometheus metrics endpoint for observability
- Cloud synchronization and collaboration features (optional)
- Documentation and support resources
The availability and features of the Service may vary depending on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts

The Mockd name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that the results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOCKD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service

- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mockd and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including but not limited to your content, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mockd operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
